BILAL OLIVER is without a doubt my most favorite male singer/songwriter who is still recording (that’s a nod to you Lewis Taylor Please stop your self-imposed retirement!) My family on my mother’s side are Olivers, but sadly I don’t think Bilal & I are of the same Oliver clan I wish!!! As a result, I also connect with Bilal on a familial level because of his name. The name Oliver means everything to me.
